Hi, My name is Nate!
I specialize in coaching people who want to advance themselves, their careers and their leadership skills. Whether you’re stepping into your first management role, aiming for executive leadership, or navigating complexity in between.

With over a decade of experience, I help technical leaders move beyond management into true leadership through empathy, influence, and strategic ownership. I began my career at the intersection of physics and math, building particle accelerators for proton therapy centers across three continents. Working in these multiple other cultures and with people who had different training backgrounds forced me to become an adaptable and curious leader. Later, I led large engineering teams designing and delivering satellite computers for NASA missions. Along the way, I lived and worked in Germany, Sweden, China, South Korea, Poland, Belgium, France, and the United States, witnessing firsthand how economies adapt and reinvent themselves at tremendous speed.

My leadership experience also extends beyond traditional organizations. I was the first member and founder of a community that has since grown to more than 5,000 people. Building this group from the ground up gave me firsthand insight into what people truly seek in connection, growth, and leadership outside formal hierarchies. I made plenty of mistakes along the way, each one teaching me how to foster engagement, drive transformation at scale, and correct small missteps before they compound over time.

What I’ve learned through these experiences is clear: decentralization, Industry 5.0 automation, and platform ownership are not buzzwords. They are the new rules, and everyone must evolve with them or risk being left behind.

At the core, I believe empathy is one of the most essential leadership traits of our time. The old playbook that said “tough it out,” “because I said so,” “work longer hours,” or “this is how we’ve always done it” never truly worked. Real leadership isn’t about authority; it’s about serving and empowering others to achieve a shared vision, while owning mistakes and correcting them together. My approach focuses on building the systems and habits that create the foundation for lasting success.
